Add DVB-T/T2/C frontend driver for Sony Ascot2e (CXD2861ER) chip.

Changes in version 2:
    - rename MAINTAINERS entry
    - fix coding style
    - use dynamic debug instead of module-specifig debug parameter
    - fix I2C bus error handling
