Add DVB-S/S2 frontend driver for Sony Horus3A (CXD2832AER) chip

Changes in version 2:
    - rename MAINTAINERS entry
    - fix coding style
    - use dynamic debug instead of module-specifig debug parameter
    - fix I2C bus error handling
