UK Sudbury post Digital Switchover updated scan data.

Hello,

[dvb-t/uk-Sudbury] has now gone Digital Switchover. I wonder if the scan data could be updated?

Is this the correct way to do it, I noticed someone else supplied their changes as a diff file format?
