I loaded the modules in this order:
iommu.ko -> iovmm.ko -> iommu2.ko -> omap_iommu.ko -> omap3_isp.ko

# lsmod

But it didn't solved my problem.
I just scoped PCLK and the data lines from TVP and everything looks
fine. I can see the BT.656 embedded sync information. But no ISP
irqs...
