I'm not sure what you're thinking it is, but it probably is :-) It's a
proposal (with an implementation) to extend the concept of context in
V4L2 M2M devices to cover a media graph with multiple video nodes, to
allow for easy time multiplexing of more complex memory to memory
devices such as ISPs.
