A nit, subject: drop second/last, redundant "bindings for". The
"dt-bindings" prefix is already stating that these are bindings.

Why this is a media, not display? Does RX means input? Lack of hardware

Detection of what? Isn't this HPD?

What is hdmirx-controller? Isn't this just hdmi@?

Node names should be generic. See also an explanation and list of
examples (not exhaustive) in DT specification:
