This isn't right. Each format type should have its own mbus_code.

Just move these 'case's to the corresponding source (e.g. OptListFormats
and OptListFormatsExt go to v4l2-ctl-vidcap.cpp, vidcap_cmd(). There you can
extract the mbus code and store it in a variable.

Add an mbus_code variable to print_video_formats(_ext) so you can pass that
along.
