I tried to just through away the media-specs/media-entities.tmpl hunk, as 
that file should be auto-generated, but the new version doesn't include 
the new formats either. What am I doing wrong? The patch attached below.

Document all four 10-bit Bayer formats, 10-bit monochrome and a missing
8-bit Bayer formats.
