Hi Fabio,

I would try to test the HVR1110 next on another PC with known working
PCI hardware, also above different operating systems if possible.

We know that the HVR1110s are properly detected on almost all hardware.
Before thinking about replacing mobo/PSU, make sure the card is OK.
