These are the bibliography entries, not copyright statements or anything. The
v4lprog bibliography entry is 1) unused, and 2) the document it refers to does
not exist. Hence I removed it. It's a bogus entry, probably a left-over from a
very old version of the v4l documentation.

The nrsc4 bibliography entry points to the RBDS standard and is referred to
from the RDS chapter.

This is a bibliography and that has nothing to do with authorship or
copyrights or anything like that.
