it is because you force the wrong card and don't have any such hardware.

Here card=100 should be auto detected.

We have reports from Yves Le Feuvre that at least DVB-T is broken on it.

If the recent mercurial v4l-dvb doesn't help, the last working reported
kernel is some 2.6.25.x for it.

I suspect that the tda9887 analog demod settings at card entry level
might be related to it, comes not through any more, but no details about
the reference design this card uses and no proof yet.

Please try a 2.6.25.x and report again.
