[PATCH] Various pages: Consistently use 'unsigned int'

Most pages use 'unsigned int' (and the kernel too).
Make them all do so.

$ find man? -type f \
  |xargs sed -i \
	-e 's/unsigned \*/unsigned int */g'
	-e 's/unsigned "/unsigned int "/g';
