Some technical issues:

* The document is in UTF-8, but the encoding is not declared anywhere. 
As a consequence, my Firefox shows mojibake ’ instead of curly 
apostrophe.

* It should be </li> instead of </l>.

* Semicolon after "&gt" is missing in one place.
