Google Chromebooks use Chrome OS Embedded Controller Sensor Hub instead of Sensor Hub Fusion and leaves MP2 uninitialized, which disables all functionalities, even including the registers necessary for feature detections. The behavior was observed with Lenovo ThinkPad C13 Yoga.
