[PATCH] Input: edt-ft5x06: Use DEFINE_DEBUGFS_ATTRIBUTE to define debugfs fops

It is more clear to use DEFINE_DEBUGFS_ATTRIBUTE to define debugfs file
operation rather than DEFINE_SIMPLE_ATTRIBUTE.
