I have not find usb->i3c adapter yet. you may try our qsb board
https://www.nxp.com/design/design-center/software/development-software/i-mx-93-quick-start-evaluation-kit:IMX93QSB

There are DIP header for it, SCL, SDA, GND and POWER.
