I see, you may take them automatically by using the b4 tool.
 1. Take the Message-Id of your initial submission (v7).
 2. Run `b4 am $message-id`.
 3. Drop the previous patch from your tree either by reverting or rebasing.
 4. Apply the new one by `git am $message-id:ish` (see the output of
`b4 am ...`).

In that case all tags will be picked up automatically.
