The patch should also add the xilinx_ams node to
arch/arm64/boot/dts/xilinx/zynqmp-clk-ccf.dtsi as:

	&xilinx_ams {
		clocks = <&zynqmp_clk AMS_REF>;
	};

Otherwise the driver fails to find the clock during probe.
