[RFC PATCH 4/5] iio: adc: ad7768-1: remove explicit modes initialization

The INDIO_DIRECT_MODE mode bit will be set by iio_device_alloc() and
iio_triggered_buffer_setup() will set the INDIO_BUFFER_TRIGGERED bit.
