Absolutely.  My argument was that we should change
iio_device_get_drvdata to take a const struct iio_dev * as well.
Seems logical. dev_get_drvdata takes a const device * and
that's all that is being called inside there.

That change can happen in parallel to this set so no problem
if you would rather leave it alone for now.
