Hi Daniel,

That covers about half of what Andy raised in his review.
I've highlighted a few of the other things inline, but all need to be
addressed.   I'm not seeing a reply to v5 providing your arguments
against his suggested changes so I'm surprised to not see them addressed
in here.

There are questions in his review as well that need addressing even if
the answer is 'sure that will work ;)'
