changes since v3 (Message-Id:

- dropped one ____cacheline_aligned from the spi driver struct
- fixed the dt binding to make dt_binding_check happy.
I'm not sure if including patches 2 and 3 again is the right thing as
Jonathan already talked about applying v3, so I hope I don't confuse his
book keeping.
