[PATCH] staging: iio: meter: Replace symbolic permissions with octal permissions

This patch fixes below kind of warnings:
WARNING: Symbolic permissions 'S_IXXX | S_IXXX' are not preferred.

Issue found and fixed by checkpatch.pl
