[PATCH V7] TAOS tsl2x7x

TAOS device driver (version 7) for the tsl/tmd 2771 and 2772 device families (inc. all variants).

Updates:
Documentation - added prefix corrections.
Code - removed FP division, incorporation of new IIO_CHAN_INFO_ bitmasks into .info_mask, various comment and consistency clean-ups.
