[PATCH] ide-tape: remove the BKL

Hi,

one less BKL user. Tested on a Seagate STT8000A, ATAPI TAPE drive.

Subject: [PATCH] ide-tape: remove the BKL

Replace the BKL calls in the chrdev_{open,release} interfaces with a
simple sleeping mutex.
