[git patches] libata fixes

I accidentally pulled the trigger too soon on Alan's 32-bit PIO ioctl
patch, leading to build breakage.  This fixes that, plus some other
minor fixes.


Please pull from 'upstream-linus' branch of
master.kernel.org:/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/jgarzik/libata-dev.git upstream-linus
