The sata_mv 8-port fix was for a longstanding and ugly bug, for those
who owned 8-port cards (4-port cards unaffected).

Please pull from 'upstream-linus' branch of
master.kernel.org:/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/jgarzik/libata-dev.git upstream-linus
