[PATCH 1/3] ide: Add ide_get_paired_drive() helper

This adds a helper to get to the "other" drive on a pair connected
to a given hwif.

Note: You may want to use the 1 - select.b.unit construct instead,
as you prefer, I just used what was there and fixed it.
