Hi there,I understand from the LKML that you've been seriously busy over the last couple of weeks, but I was wondering if I could ask you to have a look at supporting PATA operation on the VT6421. This chip is included in an embedded ARM device called the Freecom FSG-3 which we the NSLU2-Linux project would like to support.
This has been on the todo list since 2.6.11, as I understand ;)We have a patch to enable PATA support and while it works under 2.6.16, it clearly is not correct, and does not easily apply to 2.6.18.
