[PATCH] drivers/gpio : Remove redundant clearing of IRQ_TYPE_SENSE_MASK

Before executing microchip_sgpio_irq_set_type(),
type has already been cleared IRQ_TYPE_SENSE_MASK, see __irq_set_trigger().
