ACPI Pull up and Pull down config also passes resistance values and
looking at the existing PIN_CONFIG_BIAS_PULL_DOWN and
PIN_CONFIG_BIAS_PULL_UP types I wasn't sure if it was designed to pass
the extra resistance values.
