[PATCH] pinctrl: bcm: Remove unused struct bcm6328_pingroup

After commit 0e3db16300fb("pinctrl: bcm: Convert drivers to use struct pingroup
and PINCTRL_PINGROUP()"), no one use struct bcm6328_pingroup, so remove it.
