This is device tree related, adds semantics to aliases and needs
a prerequisite patch to
Documentation/devicetree/bindings/gpio/gpio.txt
at the very least.

Also that patch needs to CC to devicetree@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

IIRC this has been suggested in the past.
