[PATCH 3.2-rc5] fs: Remove unused d_path_with_unreachable().

Commit 8df9d1a4 "vfs: show unreachable paths in getcwd and proc" introduced
d_path_with_unreachable() but reference to it was removed before 2.6.36 is
released.
