Could you please write some manual page patches (see .sig) for the
stuff you already added in 4.20, namely FAN_MARK_INODE and
FAN_MARK_FILESYSTEM? I assume the patches should be for
fanotify_mark(2), although perhaps some addition is also required in
fanotify(7).

If you are not familiar with groff macros, the basics are fairly
obvious, and anything that you're not certain of can be done as a
plain text patch; I'll fix it up.
