As `set_inode_xattr()` doesn't fail if the `llistxattr()` function is
not available, it seems inconsistent to let `set_inode_xattr()` fail if
`llistxattr()` fails with `ENOTSUP`, indicating that the filesystem
doesn't support extended attributes.
