Jay,

Getting the information Stephen requested would be the best way to get
this resolved.  Attaching a serial console to another system is the
ideal way to collect all of the information.  Numerous sites can
describe how to set this up if you don't know how.

Once you have the full panic log you should consider creating a bug at
http://bugzilla.redhat.com so those that work on Fedora kernels know
about it and can help you out.
