Damn, I better subscribe to linux-efi. It is about effin' time I did
that!

@Ricardo, I'm not all too well versed in EFI fun so I'd rely on your
help there. If you'd prefer me to collect patches and send pull
requests, I'll gladly do that as I'm doing it anyway.

Let's hope people are lazy in December and go away to do xmas-y things.
