The current FlyDVB-S card=97 has a tda10086 demod and tda826x silicontuner and can't work.

You must have applied the patch from Ralf for this eeprom special DVB-Scard, which came in over Michael Möhle.
That is some problem too. The signed-off-by must come at least once formthe author directly and can not be simply claimed by someone else and Ithink we don't have it.

In absence of Hartmut I acked at least the saa7134 specific stuff, butthis was during tuner refactoring and there have been arguments thetuner should go to dvb-pll.
It is of course totally ridiculous, that a patch by Ralf gets lost thisway, but at these times at least one of the dvb-maintainers should havegive an ACK too and pull it in or Ralf should have asked directly.
We can adopt it to current and start like suggested and then see whatfurther needs to be done.
Any objections?
