Sorry I had a typo in my previous email:What happens if you do NOT request the module cx25840? Does it still work?
If it doesn't: request the module, but comment out these lines in cx25840-core.c:	if (state->is_cx23885) { 		/* Drive GPIO2 direction and values */		cx25840_write(client, 0x160, 0x1d);		cx25840_write(client, 0x164, 0x00);	}What I need to know is if these writes are enabling the card to work correctly.
NOTE: after each change mentioned in this email perform a hard reset of the computer (Or even better remove power to the computer completely for a short period) as the card's registers do not get reset all the time, this puts it in a known state.
