is it the Compro S350 with saa7134 chip?
One with some sort of saa7133 seems to be around too.
Until now I assumed it has a saa7130 chip, like the S300.
You need different drivers for that one

It has a v4l-dvb repo with also Jan's patches and you would have to
force card=118 there for testing.
I'm not sure what is the best to try with the zl10039 tuner currently
and you might try to get a hint from Jan, Tino and Matthias.
Matthias usually has what is not yet in v4l-dvb at
http://dev.gentoo.org/~zzam/dvb/a700_full_20080519.diff
for the Avermedia 700 and zl10036. The zl10313 support is in tree
already.
For the zl10039 Jan seems to have patches to use it with Matthias'
latest stuff here.
