Here is an updated of the tuning file of Paris's eiffel tower DVB-T
transmitter that I initially contributed back in March 2005.
Changes :
- modified frequencies to take the offsets into account (+166 Khz)
- added experimental mux R5 used for HDTV trials
- renamed file to fr-Paris_eiffel_tower as there are multiple DVB-T
transmitters in the Paris area.
