I have found this document:

It does help understanding the big picture, but, unfortunately, it is 
too late (the signal became too weak, I guess I have to buy an amplifier 
for my antenna or wait while they raise the output power again).

Could you please explain what exactly you mean by "normal unicast 
connection"?

The dump averages at around 500 kbps.
