Yeah i guess so, looking at those VIA's  If you are careful enough, you can
"patiently" remove it and look, but be careful not to destroy the PTH on the
PCB while desoldering. Use some good desoldering wick with an ample 
amount of flux to absorb the lead.

Need to have a bit of dexterity, that's all. Also patience as not to overheat 
anything
