I'm afraid I haven't had any luck. I filed a bug but the only response
I've had didn't help. http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=8824

I actually did try several different Windows driver and application
versions but none of them fixed the problem.

It's good to know it's not just mine that's playing up but I'm a bit
disappointed to hear that. Any idea how we can get hold of these guys?
I don't think anyone else is going to fix it in a hurry.
