The lock of the tuner pll has nothing to do with the lock of the demodulator.

The TT-C2300 uses a very simple pll chip (TDA6405). Usually, it can use the simple pll (dvb-pll.c),
but it must wait for the lock, because the tuning is very slow (50..150ms). I don't see any benefit,
if the tuning code is moved from one file to another new one.
