Anyone had any luck with this usb device?

lsusb:
Bus 004 Device 005: ID 2040:7060 Hauppauge
Bus 004 Device 004: ID 04b4:6830 Cypress Semiconductor Corp. USB-2.0 IDE
Adapter
Bus 004 Device 001: ID 0000:0000

When I try tzap I get this error repeated:
mt2060 I2C read failed

Loading firmware:
dvb-usb: found a 'Hauppauge Nova-T Stick' in cold state, will try to load a
firmware
dvb-usb: downloading firmware from file 'dvb-usb-dib0700-01.fw'
dib0700: firmware started successfully.
dvb-usb: found a 'Hauppauge Nova-T Stick' in warm state.
dvb-usb: will pass the complete MPEG2 transport stream to the software
demuxer.
DVB: registering new adapter (Hauppauge Nova-T Stick)
DVB: registering frontend 0 (DiBcom 7000PC)...
MT2060: successfully identified (IF1 = 1220)
dvb-usb: Hauppauge Nova-T Stick successfully initialized and connected.

I'm able to search for channels in order to create the channels.conf but
from there I'm stuck with mt2060 error.

I have a friend with the 2040:7050 which works flawlessly, anyone looking
into this?
