Hi guys, David, did you alter the card struct in order to get your device work, this Usb ID hasn't been added to the card struct yet? François, Vinz, can someone open the device and look what ICs are used on that board? I think it's a qt1010 and em28xx, since David wrote that he used the qt1010 driver I guess it doesn't need a firmware, but I don't know what chips are on that board either.
