Can't tune TT premium 2.1 card

I've got my Hauppauge Nexus-S (same as TechnoTrend Premium) installed in my Fedora 6 box.  The device driver seems to load ok (right pieces appear in /dev/dvb), but I can't tune anything.

 

My dish has two LNB's, a 2 port diseqc switch and the dish is already aligned for Echostars 110 and 119.  When I run a scan, it never tunes.  (See below, including the Echostar-100 file I created).  Can anyone tell me what these errors means?  What can I do about it?
