Your problem is a result of this change: http://linuxtv.org/hg/v4l-dvb?cmd=changeset;node=e7c424bbf9aa;style=gitweb. It
was started by this mail: http://www.linuxtv.org/pipermail/linux-dvb/2006-November/014461.html. This mail is a little
bit suspect, because dvbc_philips_tdm1316l_tuner_set_params() in budget-ci.c has nothing to do with the Technotrend
Connect C-1200 USB DVB-C adapter. Please revert this dubious change.
